Training with Pirouz was the ultimate mind-body connection experience.
Resistant to indoor workouts, Pirouz taught me the value of how to love the gym experience
and what it had to offer...it became a place of sanctuary for me...I was as challenged in my mental toughness as I was in going beyond my comfort zone to reach a higher level in my physical endurance, strength and breaking plateaus in my weekly routines....yes, I learned that a treadmill and a stairclimber would be my friend.  One of the most valuable components of our training sessions was the scientifically-based, custom designed diet that he provided for me to help maximize and support the physical regime that I executed in my sessions.
An extensive background as a trainer, fitness competitor provided the groundwork for a truely unique program that was for me, like nothing I had ever seen before.   Pirouz provided a  diet plan that was optimial in reaching my weekly, monthly weight loss goals because it was scientic..individually designed for me based on the progress I was making or to overcome a plateau in my weightloss.  It helped to stabilize me and to help control food cravings...something that women seem to struggle alot with when food becomes for many of us an emotional comfort.  Under his professional guidance, Pirouz taught me the value of strength training for women not only in aiding in weightloss but in improving both my personal strength and overall muscle tone.  Ulitmately, in the end, I realized in training with Pirouz that there are no quick fixes in being in shape...it requires a change in lifestyle.  You need to want to be healthy to stay that way.

Thanks to Pirouz the impossible has become possible since I am now officially a gym member who actually enjoys working out!  Within 6 weeks of training with him, I’ve lost over 14 pounds and went from a size 10 to a size 4!  As a result, I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a long time.  My initial goal was to lose weight and tone my arms, which I have achieved.  However, Pirouz has managed to open my eyes, sometimes reluctantly, to a much broader perspective, which is a healthy indefinite lifestyle change.  I was often being reminded that “it’s not merely about losing weight, but more so about learning how to become physically fit for life by constantly engaging mind and body”.  His insight into true physical fitness and his ability to inform and correctly educate his clients about nutrition and workout routines, make him a great trainer.  He walks his clients through every step, always emphasizing and explaining the reasons behind every movement.  His honesty and straightforwardness combined with his enthusiasm and energy make for interesting yet challenging workout sessions.  One of his best traits and the reason why I would recommend Pirouz to anyone who’s looking forward to this change is his ability to pinpoint his client’s weaknesses through observation and then creating ways to work around problematic situations.  Failure or nagging in the gym is not an option with Pirouz.  He continuously reminds you to be positive and finds solutions to eradicate negative patterns and asks only for some effort in return.  He’s clearly meant to do this and he’s great at it.
Thank you for opening my eyes to a much broader and more important goal.  It truly is a lifestyle change, which I will strive to maintain.

Lost 15lbs in 8 weeks

I have been training with Pirouz for a while now, and once I became pregnant it was a no-brainer to continue my training with him.  Pirouz has helped guide me through customized workout routines with my pregnancy in mind. I remember during my first trimester I was not feeling well and was very tired all the time, but having appointments with Pirouz kept me motivated and I always felt better after my workout!  I am currently in my fifth month of pregnancy and am so glad I have kept training throughout so that I can have a healthy pregnancy (and less weight to lose after the baby is born).

Lost 50lbs in 16 weeks

Suffering from diabetes, low self-esteem and excess weight for many years and having no choice but to change my lifestyle since I hit the wall, I have been able to lose 50 lbs and change my life for the positive. However it was not easy training twice a day, five days a week and that's what it took to meet my goal in such a short time frame but with Pirouz's guidance and motivation, I pulled it off. It would have not been possible without his help and uplifting attitude to make this shift.  His three dimensional approach to overall mind, body and emotional fitness made it unique to take on a challenging project with me. Most trainers that I had approached did not have the confidence nor the experience to accept me or I would do it for a short while and fall off the wagon, they would actually give in to my laziness and negative attitude. But this time it was different; Pirouz took total charge and did not enable my weaknesses or my passive behaviour. He taught me how to push through my limitations and mental pain in order to come out the winner on the other end, at the same time he would closely watch my daily intake and educate me about daily and weekly caloric manipulation for optimum results.  He would constantly keep me accountable for my own counterproductive actions, which was the fundamental rootcause for my tragic condition. I neglected myself all those years that lead to becoming a diabetic and so much more. I never valued self worth.

He most importantly raised my awareness about myself and the wrong priorities I was setting for myself as a businessman, consequently losing perspective of balance in my life and constantly making excuses along the way. I am finally free of all that and now I know what is my number one priority in my life; it is me and the balance in my life. Now I have the inner strength and energy to multitask between my career, marriage and my health/fitness and without Pirouz and his expertise this day would have never been realized. I did this purely through sheer determination and proper guidance and motivation from Elite Personal Training. We all need coaches at some point or another in our lives to break through our mental and physical plateaus and get out of the rut we are stuck in. That’s why these guys do what they do for a living.

This is the best thing I have ever done for myself and as the result of Pirouz's unique program my life has changed in every way.

After training with different trainers in the past and not really seeing the results or feeling the challenge in my routines, I finally came across Pirouz who was recommended to me by a friend who has been training with him for the past 3 years so I thought I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
In a nutshell training with him is a whole different experience; it completely shifted my view towards modern Personal Training.  Pirouz educated me and gave me the tools I needed to overcome my mental blocks in order to achieve new heights in my overall fitness. "Even though I travel extensively in my work and had all the right excuses, I did it. In 12 weeks, I lost over 20 pounds going from 203 to a lean 183, dropped 2 pant sizes (36 to 34) and gained 5 lbs of lean.
