Cardio training is any exercise that raises your heart rate. It is generally any movement that uses your muscle groups in a continuous, rhythmic way for sustained periods of time. Long duration cardio training prevents muscle growth but needs to be counterbalanced with strength/weight training to neutralize the effect of cortisol(hormone responsible for lean muscle mass loss).

Endurance training is helpful for athletes and for people looking to participate in a specific event such as the Sun Run. It helps you develop the energy production to meet the needs this event will demand.

Stamina training will help you be able to deliver a specific action over a period of time.
